Admins turn daily, weekly, 2-week, and monthly reports on under Settings → SEO Reports.

The master switch is Automated reports. The timezone is an IANA name, such as America/Puerto_Rico. Daily, weekly, and 2-week digests use cache. Weekly sends on the first Sunday of the month, and the 2-week digest on the second Sunday. The monthly report is a billable DataRun on the fourth Sunday. Saved documents open from Canvases, not inside the SEO screen.
