End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: May 24, 2026

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, Isla Intel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Otto Webmaster and related integrations for your internal business operations.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or use the service in violation of applicable law, platform terms, or third-party rights.

3. Third-Party Services

Otto Webmaster may connect to third-party services (including Vercel and GitHub). Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Ownership

Otto Webmaster, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Isla Intel and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isla Intel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon violation of this Agreement or when access to the service is discontinued.
