Looking happens on Data and SEO. Saved documents open from Canvases.

What is live, and what is saved?

The Data screen shows the pooled report: KPIs, traffic, search, landing pages, channels, queries, and Meta campaigns when those accounts are connected. Refresh re-reads that pool. It does not call Google or Meta on that path. The SEO Hub shows the snapshot, pages to fix, and more diagnostics. It does not publish.

Canvases is the archive of saved documents: Insights, SEO, site reports, chat canvases, and digests labeled Daily, Weekly, 2-week, or Monthly. Automated sending is configured by an admin under Settings → SEO Reports.
