How do I connect Shopify?

Products, orders, customers, and inventory. Writes are gated.

Open the Shopify card
Settings → Integrations → Shopify. You need the shop domain, not a custom app.

Enter the shop domain
Use the form your-store.myshopify.com.

Approve Shopify
Continue through Shopify’s OAuth screen and return to Otto.

Confirm the card
A connected card shows the shop domain. Product, order, customer, and inventory writes stay gated.

Only an organization admin can connect or disconnect an integration. A requester does not see this screen.
