Integrations, billing, MCP connectors, and SEO report settings are admin-only.

A requester can run chat. They cannot open Integrations or MCP Connectors. Forms is admin and reviewer. Repository enablement and GitHub connect on the Repositories page are admin-only. Non-admins can see which repos are already enabled.
