The usual reasons: you are not an admin, the card is only signed in, or the form is not shipped yet.

Why can’t I open Integrations?

Settings → Integrations is admin-only. A requester does not see that screen. A reviewer does not either.

Why does the card say I signed in?

Signed in is not finished. GA4 still needs a property. Search Console still needs a site. Meta Ads still needs an ad account. Open the card again and save the choice.

Where is WooCommerce?

The card is there. Until a connection exists, the button is Connect soon. The credential form is not shipped. Don’t follow a setup that isn’t on the screen.

Does PageSpeed ask for my key?

No. PageSpeed uses a platform key. Manage does not open a password form. The card says whether that server key is configured.
